EstateSaleAlerts.net is a product of Grizzly Cove Digital ("we," "us"), based in Idaho. This policy explains what information we collect through this website and our text-alert demos, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
- Information you give us. When you request a demo, ask a question, or contact us through a form, call, or text, we receive your name, business name, phone number, email, and whatever you choose to tell us.
- Text-alert program data. If you opt in to a demonstration text-alert program, we receive your mobile number and the messages you send us. Consent to receive texts is collected explicitly and is never shared with third parties for their marketing.
- Automatic data. Our hosting provider records standard technical data (IP address, browser type, pages requested, timestamps). We do not set advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
How we use information
- To respond to demo requests and questions and to set up demonstrations.
- To operate and improve the text-alert and phone systems we build.
- To keep the website and systems secure.
We do not sell your personal information.
SMS / text messaging. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to any program message to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Mobile opt-in data and consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. This is required under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and carrier (10DLC) rules.
Service providers
We use providers to run our website, messaging, and phone systems (such as hosting and telecom carriers). They process information only to deliver their services to us.
Data retention
We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above, then delete or anonymize it.
Children's privacy
Our product is directed to businesses and is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Your choices & rights
You may contact us at any time to ask what information we have about you, request a correction, or request deletion, and you can opt out of texts at any time by replying STOP.
Changes to this policy
If we make material changes, we will post the updated version here with a new effective date.
