The Service is operated by Grizzly Cove Digital, based in Idaho ("we," "us"). EstateSaleAlerts.net markets and demonstrates text-alert and phone systems for estate sale companies.

2. Informational purpose

Content on the Service is provided for general information about our products. Specific features, pricing, and terms of any product you purchase are set out in the separate agreement we make with you directly. Nothing on this site is a binding offer or a guarantee of any particular result.

3. Text messaging

If you opt in to a demonstration text program, message and data rates may apply and message frequency varies. You can reply STOP to opt out at any time or HELP for help. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle text-message data.
